Refund Policy

At Victory Fitness Company LLC, we are committed to your success and stand behind the quality and efficacy of our coaching programs. We offer a conditional money-back guarantee for our services to ensure a transparent and fair partnership. This policy outlines the conditions for refund eligibility.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee at the conclusion of your agreed-upon service period (e.g., at the end of the 12-week introductory program). If you have met the eligibility requirements outlined below and are not satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund up to, but not exceeding, the total amount paid for the program.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have actively participated in the program and made a good-faith effort to implement our coaching and strategies. The following conditions must be met:

• Workout Completion: You must have completed 75% or more of your prescribed workouts as logged in our private fitness application.
• Nutrition Goal Adherence: You must have met 75% or more of your prescribed daily nutrition goals as logged in our private fitness application.
• Communication: You must have responded to communications from your coach and our team within 72 hours throughout the duration of the service period.

These requirements are in place to ensure that you have given the program a genuine opportunity to work. We are confident in our system, but it requires your active participation and commitment to produce results.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you have met the eligibility requirements above and wish to request a refund, you must do so in writing via email within 14 days of the completion of your service period. Your email should be sent to support@victoryfitnessco.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

We will review your account to verify that the eligibility requirements have been met. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• You have not met the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
• You request a refund before the completion of your service period.
• You have breached our Terms of Service or Service Delivery Agreement.
• You have initiated a chargeback without first following this refund process.

Payments made for services are non-refundable upon cancellation of the service before the end of the agreed-upon term. Please see our Terms of Service for our full cancellation policy.
